FORT LUPTON, Colo., Nov. 7 (UPI) -- A Colorado truck driver faces a potential prison sentence for doing some unapproved tree-trimming at a city-owned golf course next to his home.

Larry Plooster, a UPS truck driver, told KCNC-TV in Denver that he had been complaining for months about the weedy growth around a golf course pond. He said that he paid a premium price for the golf course view in Fort Lupton, but the weeds and untrimmed trees were hiding the view.
