Excerpt: The City of Miami Police Department has turned over to the Department of Children and Family Services a 2-year-old boy that was found wandering the streets of Miami's Model/Liberty City neighborhood around 4:00 a.m. Friday.

Tavaris Mack was last seen sleeping with several other children at the home of his paternal uncle. The boy, who is a sleepwalker, apparently got up in the middle of the night and walked out of the apartment while several adult and child relatives were asleep.

He then wandered nearly a block in this unfamiliar neighborhood.
