Excerpt: Artie Lange is back on the Howard Stern Show again.

The discussion of the much anticipated return of the jovial comedian had to wait almost 10 minutes, much like Monday's show when Stern waited 10-15 minutes to dish the dirt on Lange -- who is in his latest bout with heroin and getting on the wagon.

His first words were "I want steak, I want steak!" seconds into the show, jabbing at media mogul Oprah -- a popular target on the show.

Lange said he returned to the area on Monday, but needed "a day" before coming back on the show. He immediately on the defense about skepticism about his latest tale of rehabilitation.
