ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony was there Friday as her lawyers battled it out with prosecutors over several legal motions, but one big question still remains. When will the case against Casey go to trial?

Friday morning in court (hearing images | unedited video), Casey's legal team won the right to inspect the site where Caylee's remains were found (read search scene motion), but lost the battle to get the prosecutors kicked off the case (read Baez motion to recuse).

Eyewitness News also learned it could be a year or more before the case even goes before a jury....
