Jose Baez arrived at the Orange County Jail just after 9:30am Tuesday.
Baez brought his lap top computer into the room where he and Casey met. Outside the jail he was asked if Casey used it to watch coverage of the service.
"I'm not going to comment on what Casey is going through, what she does, what she doesn't do," he said.
Baez spent about two hours with Casey, and said he felt compelled to be with his client during the service.
He wouldn't say what he and Casey talked about or what her emotions were on a day the public mourned her daughters death.
