Two 16-year-old girls told police they were sitting in the park on a play structure at about 4 p.m. when the man, wearing only a black beanie cap, approached them, Sgt. Marty Frye reported. The man didn't speak to them or make any gestures and as the teens moved to another part of the park, he got back into his black pickup truck and drove away.
A neighbor told police they saw a man in a black truck driving back and forth in the G Street area several times at about the same time.
The man was described as Hispanic, 25-30 years, standing about 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-8. He had a medium build and was unshaven. He was driving a 1990s, small, lowered pickup truck, painted flat black....
