Sam Corra, 21, 'draws' an image out of milk which he pours into cups of latte, cappuccino and hot chocolate.
His intricate designs include pigs, rabbits, swans, dragons, angels and even an American indian complete with head-dress.
Sam started experimenting with coffee when he landed his first job in a coffee shop in his home city of Canberra, Australia.
He said: ''Serving coffee started out as just a summer job for me before uni but then I enjoyed it so much that I stayed on.
"I started off by learning the basic three cups, a heart, a rosetta and a tulip, and since then I have taught myself from trial and experimentation.
"It looks really easy when people watch me doing it but there's tiny flicks and lifts which are very difficult to pull off. It keeps the customers coming back.
"No one else is really trying out the stuff I'm doing. I feel like I'm pushing the boundaries of what is possible with coffee."...
